Method of Payment

Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. No registrations will be confirmed until payment is received.

Payment can be made by the following methods:

• Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard)

• Personal or Company cheque (Australian delegates only)

• Bank draft in Australian dollars drawn on an Australian bank

All cheques must be in AUD currency and made payable to: Prince of Wales Medical Research Institute - AFP

Cancellation of Registration and/or Conference Dinner

Cancellations should be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 3 November will receive a full refund less a $50 administration charge.  Refunds for cancellations received after 3 November will only be made in exceptional circumstances. Substitute delegates will be accepted.

Liability

In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the Conference Organisers accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay.
